A few days later we were taken aboard a Japanese merchant ship and taken to Manila. Then we were marched down Dewey Boulevard to the Bilibid prison where we were kept from 2 to 3 days. Again we were marched this time to the railroad station and then taken to camp 3, Cabanatuan, where we were kept until October (1942).
